As our Growth Partner in Saudi Arabia, you will drive client engagements, deepen market relationships, and co-create impactful healthcare strategies with providers, investors, and regulators. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Surge’s presence in KSA — from client acquisition to solution delivery.

 

Who We’re Looking For

• A mid-to-senior level professional with strong experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare business development

• Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset – ready to ramp up consulting operations from the ground up

• Strong network with providers, payers, investors, or regulators in KSA

• Based in Saudi Arabia

• Build and lead client relationships

• Deliver high-impact transformation and growth advisory for healthcare clients

• Collaborate with our UAE and GCC teams to align regional offerings
